Checking In

I’ve been busy recently as I prepare for a vacation I’m taking next week. Since I’ll be on vacation, I won’t be posting. In fact I won’t even really be dieting. A lot of people think, “How can I stay on my diet while I’m on vacation?” Here’s how I’m going to hanlde that conundrum — I’m not going to try at all to stay on a diet. Problem sovled. Hopefully I won’t undo the progress I’ve made. I fully expect to gain a pound or two, but that seems like a small price to pay for being able to fully enjoy my vacation. My hope is that my new found habits will kick in and keep any damage to a minimum. We’ll see.
I know I promised the seven-word diet in my last post and that is still coming but it probably won’t be until Friday.
